楼主说得真好。我最近也感觉，修行不是非要躲进深山，反而是每天面对工作压力和家庭琐事时，还能保持耐心和善意，这才是真功夫。把职场当道场，把家人当道友，心反而越来越踏实了。

我理解你的感悟，但想补充一点：把职场当道场、家人当道友的背后，是否也可能隐含着一种“修行绩效”的期待？真正的踏实或许不在于刻意划分道场与道友，而在于连“我在修行”的念头都能放下——压力来时自然呼吸，琐事中不觉在修炼，那种状态可能更接近楼主说的“在生活中修行”。
