剩余价值就是利润吗？

利润和剩余价值其实是同一个东西，它们在数量上是完全相等的，但两者仍然有一定的区别。它们二者的区别：
剩余价值是相对于可变资本而言的，利润是相对于全部预付资本而言的；
剩余价值是利润的本质；
利润概念掩盖了剩余价值的来源和资本家对工人的剥削关系。

什么是可变资本？

可变资本是指资本家用于购买劳动力的那一部分资本，也就是资本家投入的用于购买劳动力的那一部分资本。这部分资本在生产过程中被工人的劳动所吸收，并转化为生产资料和货币，表现为生产资料的价值增加和货币的价值减少；但是，这部分资本在剩余价值生产中所起的作用，却与普通的劳动相同，它也是劳动力价值的一部分，是剩余价值的来源。因此，可变资本也被称为劳动资本。

前面你说的“全部预付资本”麻烦解释一下。

资本可以分为不同的类型，其中劳动力也可以被看作是一种资本。这种观点可以被称为“劳动力资本说”。在这种理论中，资本家投入的用于购买劳动力的那一部分资本被称为“可变资本”。可变资本被用于购买劳动力，并最终用于购买生产资料和生产服务。可变资本所投入的剩余价值被用于支付工资和资本家的利润。
与此相对应的是，不变资本是指用于购买生产资料和固定资产的那一部分资本，如厂房、机器设备、土地等。这些资本在生产过程中不会被工人的劳动所吸收，因此在剩余价值生产中不会发挥任何作用。
需要注意的是，这里的“全部预付资本”是指资本家用于购买生产资料和固定资产的那一部分资本，即资本家投入的全部资本，包括用于购买生产资料和固定资产的货币和信贷资金，也包括在生产过程中工人的工资。这些资本在剩余价值生产中所起的作用，与可变资本相同，也是剩余价值的来源。
