职位描述： 
<br>1、负责软件开发前期界面设计和后期美化工作，配合开发部门进行界面测试； 
<br>2、与用户、项目成员进行沟通，负责网络产品的可用性分析和用户体验设计，独立设计并完成网站设计要求； 
<br>3、满足产品需要进行动画、图片、图标等设计； 
<br>4、对软件界面负责、保证其美观性与易用性。

任职要求： 
<br>1、本科及以上学历，艺术设计类专业； 
<br>2、2年以上软件公司界面设计经验，了解软件开发流程，能进行软件开发前期界面设计及后期美化工作； 
<br>3、具有把握不同风格页面的能力：扎实的美术绘画功底及拥有新颖的设计创意，具有良好的创意设计能力，对色彩敏感； 
<br>4、熟悉网络产品的可用性分析和用户体验设计，能独立设计并完成网站设计要求； 
<br>5、精通多种界面设计工具，如Photoshop、Flash、Illustrator、CorelDraw等； 
<br>6、了解界面设计相关脚本语言，如Html、CSS、Javascript等； 
<br>7、了解行业应用软件的界面需求，包括c/s、b/s架构的软件界面布局； 
<br>8、具有良好的英文读写能力； 
<br>9、个性乐观开朗，具备良好团队精神、沟通能力，富有工作激情、创造力和责任感。

Description: 
<br>1. In charge of user-interface design and beautification, cooperate with development department to test user-interface ; 
<br>2. In charge of usability analysis of network products and user experience design by communicating with users and project members , design and finish the website design requirements independently; 
<br>3. Using multimedia tools to design animation, ICONS and picture to meet the UI requirement; 
<br>4. Responsible for the user-interface, ensure its aesthetics and usability;

Requirements: 
<br>1. Bachelor's degree or above, artistic design major; 
<br>2. More than 2 years user-interface design experience of software company, familiar with development process, do the user-interface design and beautification ; 
<br>3. With the ability of seizing different style page: strong painting foundation and neoteric design originality, good creative design ability, corlor sensitive; 
<br>4. Familiar with usability analysis of network products and user experience design. Be able to finish the website design requirements independently; 
<br>5. Skillful at different kind of user-interface design tools such as Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, CorelDraw and so on; 
<br>6. Understand Html, CSS, Javascript and other user-interface design related scripting language; 
<br>7. Understand user-interface requirements of industry application software including software user-interface layout of c/s, b/s architecture; 
<br>8. Good reading and writing ability in English; 
<br>9. Sonsy and optimistic. With good team spirit and communication skills. Full of working passion, creativity and sense of responsibility.
