Description: 
<br>1. Lead a team of developers to achieve goal on schedule. 
<br>2. Create high performance and scalable infrastructure code. 

Responsibilities: 
<br>1. Define and implement project review, change control and acceptance procedures. 
<br>2. Proactively identify project related issues. 
<br>3. Identify and execute course of actions designed to minimize or avert risk. 
<br>4. Consultancy on technical solutions. 
<br>5. Managing people and developing others. 

Requirements: 
<br>1. More than 5 years of software project management. 
<br>2. Proven leadership capability and experience managing teams. 
<br>3. Passion, diligence, integrity, and exceptional aptitude. 
<br>4. Decision making through predefined authority upon project assignment. 
<br>5. Problem solving skills through conveying well-developed conceptual. 
<br>6. Team working spirit and acts through being able to work with a high degree autonomy. 
<br>7. Broad knowledge of information technology. 
<br>8. Expert-level knowledge and experience in application security, scalability and performance. 
<br>9. Understanding and experience in implementing of design patterns. 
<br>10. Proficiency in coding under Linux environment. 
<br>11. Excellent verbal and written English skills. 

General Qualifications: 
<br>1. MS/PhD Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 
<br>2. Experience leading and mentoring other developers. 
<br>3. Experience working in small collaborative groups. 
<br>4. Fluent in C and Java. 

Remuneration: 
<br>1. The pay package is up to 250,000 RMB per year. 
<br>2. A collection of perks are included. 
<br>3. 3-year employment contract.
